Goose Hill Barn
We offer a co-op-style boarding facility for easy-going horses and easy-going horse people. If your horse or you are high maintenance, we are not what you want. Our horses function as one herd and our owners function as a team all sharing the load in caring for their horse and the herd. Boarders take care of their horse(s), feed, hay, consumables, general care, and cleaning, and care for their stall and private tack room. We take care of the structures, the fields, and the fence. We have pastures and some nice areas to ride, but we do not have a formal riding ring and we are not what most would consider a show barn.

1. Rent per month: $300.00 for private stall & private tack room.
2. A security deposit of $400.00 is required at lease signing.
3. Horses will function as a single herd.
4. This is a co-op style barn. Owners will work as a team.
5. Rent does not include grain, hay, feed, shavings, etc.
