Maintenance Requests
We’re making maintenance requests easier and faster! Tenants can now submit and track all maintenance requests through Innago, our property management system. This helps us respond more efficiently and keep everything organized for you. Please submit your maintenance request through your account on Innago.
For Fire, Gas Leak, or life threatening issues, please exit the property immediately, call 911, then call 757-220-3735.
For issues that occur after hours/on weekends or holidays and need immediate attention to prevent damage to a person, or property, or that is urgent, (ie active water leak, flooding, sparking, etc.) stop using that appliance and call our After-Hours Emergency number at 757-903-8091. Then complete and submit the maintenance request in Innago.
For more routine issues such as a dripping faucet, running toilet, or a loose cabinet door, submit your request for maintenance in Innago, without calling.
How to Submit a Maintenance Request in Innago
- How do I report a maintenance issue?
Navigate to the "Maintenance" section in the dashboard to submit a new ticket. You can describe the issue and upload photos.
- How can I check the status of my request?
The maintenance portal in Innago shows the status of all your submitted tickets.
- How will I know when someone is coming to fix the issue?
You will receive notifications through the app or email when maintenance is scheduled to come.
- Don't have an Innago account?
You may have missed the sign up link to set up your account. Please contact the office at 757-220-3735 or billing@wmbgrentals.com to confirm your contact information and have a new link sent.
