1. Rent for this property is $1,225.00 per month. 

2. A security deposit of $2,150.00 is due at lease signing.

3. Furniture is not provided.

4. Off-street parking is included.

5. Property has central electric air conditioning and central heat.

6. A stove and refrigerator are included. There is no washer or dryer, but there are available hookups in the unit.

7. Water is included in rent.

8. Whereas as the Tenants share a power bill the Upper Level Tenants shall have the power in their name and occupy 65% of the property and the Lower Level Tenants occupy 35% the power bill shall be split with the downstairs Tenants reimbursing the upstairs Tenants for 35% of said bill. Reimbursement shall be made promptly before the bill is due each month. 

9. Tenant is responsible for cable TV, telephone, internet, etc. if desired.
