Site and Leasing Information for 9130 Butner Lane Apartments
The second floor apartment will be available July 1, 2010.

1. Rent for this property is $865.00 per month--a long lease is preferable.
2. A security deposit of $1000.00 is due at signing of the lease.
3. Furniture is not provided, however most rooms have ceiling fans.
4. Off street parking for one car is included.
5. Property has central heating and cooling that runs on electricity (heat pump).
6. Dishwaser and refrigerator are included but a washer and dryer are not included, although the hookups are on the first floor.
7. Tenant shall provide own utilities to include electricity, and if desired, telephone, internet, etc. Cable TV is included.
8. Tenant shall help maintain yard to show a level of pride and maintain community standards.
