Site and Leasing Information for 902 and 902A Jamestown Road

1. Rent for this entire property (902 and 902A) is $3,000.00 per month.
2. A security deposit of $5,100.00 is due at signing of the lease.
3. Furniture is not provided.
4. Off street parking is included, but the number of cars shall not exceed 4 on the property.
5. Property is heated with radiant heat powered by a modern natural gas fired boiler. Air conditioning is via window units located within most rooms of the house.
6. Refridgerator and stove are included, but a washer and dryer are not included, although there are hookups in the basement.
7. Tenant shall maintain yard to show a level of pride and maintain community standards.
8. Tenant shall provide own utilites to include electricity, gas and water, and if desired cable TV, telephone, internet, etc.
