3. Each unit will accomodate 2 people.

6. Property has central heat and air conditioning provided through a propane gas heat pump.

7. Refrigerator is included but a washer and dryer are not included, although there are hookups in Unit A.

8. Tenant shall provide own utilities to include electricity, water and propane/gas, and if desired cable TV, telephone, internet, etc.

9. Landlord shall maintain yard.
