3. Each unit will accomodate not more than 2 people.

6. Property has central air conditioning and natural gas heat.

7. Refrigerator is included but a washer and dryer are not included, although there are hookups in Unit A.

8. Tenant shall provide own utilities to include electricity, water and gas, and if desired cable TV, telephone, internet, etc. Electricity is shared between the two units.

9. Landlord shall maintain yard.
