1. Rent for this property is $1300.00 per month. A long lease is preferable.
2. A security deposit is due at signing of the lease.
3. Furniture is not provided, however most rooms have ceiling fans.
4. Off street parking for two cars is included, and the house features an attached oversized garage.
5. Property has gas heat and central air conditioning, an electric hot water heater and a wood fireplace.
6. Dishwaser, refridgerator and garbage disposal are included but a washer and dryer are not included, although the hookups are.
7. Tenant shall provide own utilities to include electricity, water and gas, and if desired cable TV, telephone, internet, etc.
8. Tenant shall maintain yard to show a level of pride and maintain community standards.
