2. A security deposit of $2,500.00 is due at signing of the lease.

3. Furniture is not provided, however most rooms have ceiling fans.

4. Off street parking for two cars is included.

5. Property has two heating and cooling systems; one for the upstairs and a separate one for the downstairs. Both use gas for heat and electric for air conditioning. The downstairs living area also has a gas fireplace.

6. Dishwaser, refridgerator and garbage disposal are included but a washer and dryer are not included, although the hookups are on the first floor.

7. Tenant shall provide own utilities to include electricity, water and gas, and if desired cable TV, telephone, internet, etc.

8. Tenant shall maintain yard to show a level of pride and maintain community standards.
